George Templeton: South Belfast

This fascinating collection of over 200 old photographs sets out to show the reader the variety of South Belfast, from the grandeur of Queen's to the natural beauty of the Lagan Valley. The authors have looked at all aspects of life here, including the parks and the many sports teams, the churches and religious life, and how people lived and worked from day to day. Wartime Belfast is also featured, all the more poignantly now as we approach the centenary of the Great War.
